Two motorcyclists died after losing control of their motorcycle and falling into the roadside canal on the Kamaldia-Alipur regional road in Rajbari Sadar Upazila. The accident took place on Tuesday (March 12) around 6:30 am in Alipur’s Shantinagar area.
Two motorcyclists died on the spot. The deceased are Sohag son of Abdur Rob and Rajan Sheikh son of Lal Mia of Kamaldia village of Sadar upazila.
Confirming the truth of the incident, Alipur Union Council Chairman Abu Bakkar Siddique said, the motorcycle lost control and fell into the canal on the side of the road. Both died on the spot. Later the police came and recovered the body, he said.
