On Thursday (April 25) at 12 noon, this Istiskara prayer was organized under the open sky at Kakina Mahimaranjan Smriti High School ground of the upazila.
Due to the lack of rain for a long time, the fields of various crops of the farmers have started burning, and the plants and animals are suffering due to the lack of sap in the land. Worshipers from different areas participate in this special prayer to escape from the intense heat.
Abdus Samad, a worshiper who came to offer prayers, said that due to lack of rain, the fields of various crops of the farmers have already started dying. May Allah give rain, so I prayed this prayer.
Khatib Maulana Noor Islam of Tushbhandar Bazar Jame Masjid said that plants and animals are in trouble due to the lack of rain for a long time. That is why I have prayed for the rain of the mercy of Almighty Allah.
Maulana Tajul Islam, the President of Kaliganj Ulama Parishad, who led the prayers after the prayers, said that due to severe drought, fires have been created across the country. As a result, the environment is adversely affected. Not only that, due to intense protests, educational institutions have been declared closed across the country.
