The inauguration ceremony of the new modern municipal kitchen market building under construction by Patuakhali municipality was held on Monday at 8:30 pm.
Zilla Parishad Chairman Advocate Hafizur Rahman Hafiz was the chief guest at the inaugural function presided over by Newmarket Business Association President Shah Jalal Khan and conducted by Joint Secretary Aslam Haque. Mayor Mohiuddin Ahmed spoke as the inaugural address, former senior vice president of the chamber, former councilor Khandkar Farhadzzaman Badal spoke.
