At one point on 17/02/2024, when the defendants tried to occupy the land owned by the plaintiff Dulal Chandra De Gong in front of Gopal Chandra De Gong, the plaintiff Dulal Chandra De obstructed them, and the defendants got angry and threatened to beat, abuse and kill them. .

The victim Bhugi family lodged a written complaint with the Barura police station . Dulal Chandra Dey , son of deceased Dhirendra Chandra Dey of Jhelam area , said that his house was vandalized and moved on 17th February with some unruly people including two sons of deceased Upendra Chandra Dey , Shyamal Chandra Dey and Biplab Chandra Dey , on his occupied land in his ancestral home of Jhelam area . have relocated and cut down lakhs of trees in their occupied land . _ _ The complainant also said that the valuable trees including mango , jackfruit , poa , lemon tree , sheel kadai , ekashi and VT paka tin house of the complainant have been demolished by the complainant on the occupied land . At that time the complainant Dulal Chandra De got the news and came to the house and stopped him . The accused beat him up and threatened to kill him . In this regard, when the house of the accused was searched , they were not found in the house , but the wife of the brother of the accused , Shibu Chandra , admitted to vandalizing the house and said that it was their purchased land , so they demolished the house .

Barura Police Station Officer- in-Charge Riaz Uddin Chowdhury told us that we have received a complaint , the court will issue an order regarding the land dispute and if any criminal organization is organized locally, appropriate legal action will be taken against them.
