“Highway Police Service Week 2024” is going to be held for the first time on the initiative of Highway Police. Today 10.30 am: Hon’ble Home Minister Mr. Asaduzzaman Khan formally inaugurated the meeting held at Rajarbagh Police Line Auditorium. After the inauguration, Mr. Abdullah Al Mamun BPM ( Bar), PPM, Inspector General of Police, Bangladesh. The special guest was Mr. Shajahan Khan MP, President, Standing Committee on Ministry of Food, President, Bangladesh Road Transport Workers Federation. Mr. Mosiur Rahman Ranga, President, Bangladesh Road Transport Owners Samiti. Mr. Enayetullah, Secretary General, Bangladesh Road Transport Owners Association. Mr. Md. Shahabuddin Khan BPM (Bar), Additional IGP, Highway Police delivered the welcome speech. Also present were the secretaries of the relevant ministries, senior officials of Bangladesh Police, members of Community Policing Forum.
