Husband deceased Fazlul Haque Sang -Shimuliyapara, Thane-Trishal, District Mymensingh raided the residence of the accused. On 17/03/2024 at about 21:45 hours the accused Bedena Khatun was arrested from the residence of the accused with the help of female constable/1870 Doreen Akhter. During the arrest of the accused Bedena Khatun (59), the police members of the arrest operation team showed the arrest warrant to Bedena Khatun and all members of her family. In order to wrongfully snatch the detained Bedena Khatun from the police custody, her son Harun Mia (44) ) and Md. Naeem (25), who attacked the policemen who were conducting a hasty arrest operation. Accused Harun Miah (44) with 3 sharp knives in the house with the intent to kill ASI (N)/ Ghulam Rasul, Elopathari Kupaya seriously injured the right elbow of ASI Ghulam Rasul. Chand Miah left for the spot for rescue and on the other hand Trishal Thana GD No. 843 dated 17/03/2024. ASI (retd) Rakibul Islam, ASI (retd) Md Alamgir Hossain, ASI (retd) Md Aminul Islam working in the police station on their way to the said spot in CNG on 17/03/2024 at 22.30 pm at Dhanikhola Shimuliapara Akandbari intersection under Trishal police station. On reaching the road, the said accused fled from the said spot with a sharp knife in his hand 1. Md Harun (44), 2. Md. Naeem (25), 3. Bedena Khatun (59), on being seen by the police, suddenly attacked the accused Harun (44) with a sharp blade and hit ASI (retd) Rakibul Islam in the middle of his stomach, causing deep wounds. Accused Md. Naeem (25) hit ASI (retd) Rakibul Islam under the left arm with a sharp blade, causing severe bleeding. Accused Bedena Khatun (59) inflicted a severe cut and bloody injury on the right elbow of ASI (retd) Rakibul Islam with a sharp baton in his hand. When all the officers rushed forward along with the bystanders shouting their calls, the accused fled quickly in the darkness of the night. ASI (retd) Ismail Hossain, ASI (retd) Golam Rasul, ASI (retd) Rakibul Islam were rescued and rushed to Trishal Upazila Health Complex Hospital with CNG, and the doctor on duty referred them to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital for better treatment. At present ASI (retd) Ismail Hossain, ASI (retd) Golam Rasul, ASI (retd) Rakibul Islam are under treatment at Mymensingh Medical College Hospital. The defendants have joined forces with each other with sharp weapons to kill the Tamil policemen who served the arrest warrant, seriously injured the accused who was arrested on the basis of the arrest warrant, obstructed official duties, and the arrested accused escaped from police custody. Bedena Khatun (59) husband-deceased Fazlul Haque, both Sang-Dhanikhola Shimuliapara, Thana-Trishal, District-Mymensingh under Trishal Thana, Hindupalli riverside was arrested after raiding and on the same date the other accused 1. Harun Miah (44), father-deceased Fazlul Haque, mother Bedena Jatun, Sang-Dhanikhola Shimuliapara, Thana-Trishal, District Mymensingh were arrested from Sistor area under Bhaluka police station. During the arrest of the accused, on sensing the presence of the police, the accused attacked the police and tried to run away.
