DB police have arrested a man with domestically made liquor in Jhalakathi.
A man named Md. Nasir Uddin Mridha (55) was arrested from Makrampur village of Nabagram area in a drive led by Jhalakathi District Detective Branch (DB) SI Md. Alamgir Hossain at around 10 am today. He is the son of the deceased Majedur Rahman.
In the presence of DB police, a white plastic container kept in the north corner of the kitchen of his house was searched and 06 (six) liters of domestically made liquor were recovered.
DB police said that legal action is being taken against the person arrested in this incident.
