Superintending Engineer’s Office, Directorate of Public Health Engineering, Rangpur Circle Supervising Engineer has complained of transfer of the same person three times. Azad Hossain from Rangpur Sadar to Rangpur Circle and Khadijatul Kobra from Rangpur Circle to Rangpur Sadar Upazila through office order.
