This is the first time AKM Fazle Rabbi (31) has been arrested by the Narcotics Control Department in Rajbari with the drug “ice”. Arrested AKM Fazle Rabbi is the son of Md Mainuddin Mollah of Paschim Pashra of Kotwali police station of Faridpur district. He lived in a rented house in Rajbari. Assistant Director of Rajbari District Narcotics Control Directorate Tanveer Ahmed confirmed the matter in a notification.
In the notification, he said, at approximately 12:00-13:00 on March 26, a special team of the Rajbari District Office of the Narcotics Control Directorate arrested the accused AKM Fazle Rabbi (31), father Md. Mainuddin Mollah, mother Parveen Begum, Sang Paschim Pashra; Police Station: Kotwali; District: Faridpur. (Present address is the tenant of the second floor south side flat of Kazi Alauddin’s fifth floor 03 unit flat; Behind Sajjankanda Big Mosque Police Station: Rajbari Sadar; District: Rajbari) The accused was arrested with 14 (fourteen) grams of ice recovered from the flat occupied by the accused. A regular case has been filed against the accused at Rajbari Sadar Police Station under the relevant section of Narcotics Control Act 2018.
