The 21st agent banking outlet branch of South Bangala Agriculture & Commerce Bank Limited was inaugurated at Ashwadia Bazar of Adda Union of Comilla’s Barura Upazila on Friday at 4 pm (10th March). Deputy Managing Director of SBAC Bank Plc Md. Abdul Mateen was the chief guest and A ZM Shafiuddin Shamim, Chairman of SBAC Bank and SQ Group Chairman, former project director of LGED Engineer M Quader, Barura Upazila Vice Chairman Kamrunnahar Shikha were present as guests. Former Mayor of Barura Municipality, Md. Bahaduruzzaman. Adda Union Chairman Zakir Hossain Badal, Shakpur Union Chairman Abdul Khalek Munsi, Adda Union Awami League President Abdul Hai, Shakpur Union Awami League President Abdul Malek and local businessmen were also present at the opening ceremony. AZM Shafiuddin Shamim said in the speech of the chief guest at the opening ceremony of the agent banking program, “We have come to you to deliver banking services to the doorsteps of common people, we are always ready to provide services by properly evaluating the trust of people.”
