Manik (Hafez) had an argument with Zainal, son of deceased Habib Ullah of the same house, about the boundary made of tin on the four sides of Moktab. At one point Md. Manik Mia got excited and started to break the fence around Moktab, when Faisal intervened, Md. Manik Mia pushed Faisal to the ground and broke all the tin, wood and windows of Moktab’s door. According to Sua, who was present at the scene, it is known that the Moqtab is very old and many boys and girls of the area learn Quran and prayers here. When asked about this incident from the people of the area, people from all walks of life including dignitaries Hafez Md. Manik Mia strongly condemned this incident and demanded fair trial.
