Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has handed over the appointment letters to three disabled people.
He handed over the appointment letters to them while entering his office of the Cabinet Division at the Bangladesh Secretariat.
He began his day’s program at the Secretariat today by handing over the appointment letters.
Prime Minister’s Deputy Press Secretary Hasan Shiplu said this.
They were appointed with the aim of making disabled people self-reliant and integrating them into the mainstream of society through employment.
The three appointees are Aisha Akhter of Saghata Upazila of Gaibandha, Nila Khatun of Kamarkhand Upazila of Sirajganj and Md. Hasmat Ali of Narail Sadar Upazila.
Hasan Shiplu said that they expressed excitement after receiving the appointment letters directly from the Prime Minister. For them, the day was the beginning of a new career as well as a new dream.
