Rajiv Dey Special Correspondent: The three-day country’s largest air conditioning and cold chain exhibition ‘Safe HVACR and Cold Chain’, titled Saver Expo 2026, concluded today at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in the capital. Leading company Scientech Technology has received a huge response from visitors and customers by participating in the fair with modern technology green air conditioning solutions.
In an interview at the fair premises on Saturday, May 16, 2026, Engineer Mustafa Kamal, Chairman of Scientec Technology, spoke in detail about the company’s new technology, customer feedback at the fair, and their business success. Regarding the response to the fair, he said, “Alhamdulillah, since the start of the fair, we have been noticing that despite having many stalls here, the crowd and response of visitors to our pavilion is comparatively much higher.”
Engineer Mustafa Kamal said about the main attraction of this year’s fair and the unique products they displayed, “Since this is an HVACR fair, we have exhibited an advanced ‘VRF system’ as part of our complete air conditioning solution. The main unique key point of our product is that it has an ‘automatic leak detection system’ based on artificial intelligence (AI). Usually, when gas leaks from AC, it is not easy to find, you have to search a lot. But because of our AI system, if there is any leakage, it can be identified very easily through just the code.”
He further highlighted the unique functionality of the product, saying, “Our ACs are more than 50 percent energy-saving. In addition, for faster cooling, it has a 360-degree angle indoor unit, which provides 25% extra savings compared to other ACs. While a normal AC takes 10 minutes to reach the set temperature, our technology brings that temperature in just 7 minutes and then automatically goes into sleep mode.”
​Regarding world-class technology, he added, “Another unique feature of ours is ‘Wind-Free Technology’, which Samsung introduced for the first time in the world. Through this, no cold air will directly touch the body, but the customer will feel excellent cooling or coolness. In addition, while a normal AC only cools the room, our indoor units have a ‘Three Stage Filtration System’, which not only cools the room but also keeps the air in the room 100 percent pure and clean.”
Referring to the dominance of Sinetech Technology in the country’s leading corporate and government projects in the business sector, the Chairman said, “About 90% of the country’s leading shopping malls and large groups are our clients. Our ongoing and recent successful projects include Akij Group, Ibn Sina Trust, TK Group, Preeti Group, Aman Graphics and Design. Major government sector projects include July Museum, Public Service Commission (PSC) and Health Bhaban. In addition, we have done Chadnichak, Gausia Shopping Mall, Mecca Shopping Mall, Ismail Mansion, Noor Mansion in New Market Zone of Dhaka city.
