Pirojpur Correspondent: On Sunday (April 19), an important meeting was held at the Shaheed Omar Faruk Auditorium in Pirojpur Sadar Upazila to organize the 2026 SSC exam in a fair, beautiful and cheating-free environment. Pirojpur Deputy Commissioner Abu Sayeed was present as the chief guest at the meeting.

Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Alauddin Bhuiyan Joni and Pirojpur Sadar Upazila Executive Officer Md. Mamunur Rashid were present as special guests at the event. Also present were Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate (Establishment, General Certificate and Front Desk Branch) Fardin Monir Arnab and Assistant Inspector of the District Education Office Shobhan Das.
‎
‎Zero tolerance against cheating and irregularities in the meeting, the District Administrator issued a stern warning to the teachers, saying, “I will not compromise with any injustice in education. No kind of irregularities or cheating will be tolerated in any examination center in Pirojpur.” He also said that he has already taken strict legal action, including canceling the MPOs of many teachers for their involvement in cheating.
‎
‎To ensure transparency in the examination, the District Administrator announced that CCTV cameras must be installed in every room of every examination center in Pirojpur. He said, “I will monitor from my office how the examination is being conducted in which center and how the room inspectors are performing their duties.”
‎
‎Reminding the teachers of the noble profession, he said, “Students will learn by watching you. If you give unethical benefits, why will society respect you?” He lamented that currently many teachers are more busy with coaching or private teaching than teaching, which is not desirable.
‎
‎The District Administrator said that if necessary, the admission of students will be canceled on charges of breaking discipline. He laid special emphasis on building a politics-free and transparent education system for the sustainable development of the country.
