Md. Moniruzzaman : RAB-14, Mymensingh Headquarters Company, has arrested drug dealer Md. Raja Molla (34) with 96 kg of illegal drugs, including marijuana.
RAB-14 said in their official press release, Mymensingh’s operational team, based on a secret information, established a check post on the paved road from Gafargaon to Bhaluka opposite Dhali Bhaban in Bhaluka Police Station of Mymensingh district at approximately 2155 hours on 29 December 2025 and arrested a mini covered van along with its driver. In the presence of witnesses, the arrested driver, a drug dealer in the guise of Md. Raja Molla (34), of Police Station-Daulatpur, District-Manikganj, confessed to having illegal drugs and ganja in the covered van. Based on the information given and shown by him, 96 (ninety-six) kg of illegal drugs and ganja stored in a special way in the mini covered van were recovered and the mini covered van used for transportation and 01 mobile phone were seized. The estimated market value of the seized illegal drug, marijuana, is 19,20,000/-(nineteen lakh twenty thousand) taka.
They further said that the arrested drug dealer along with the recovered evidence has been handed over to Bhaluka Police Station in Mymensingh district for further legal action against him. Their operation against various criminals including drug dealers will continue.
