MP seeks everyone’s cooperation in Fulbaria’s development work

The repair work of the 18-kilometer road full of potholes running through the middle of Phulbaria upazila of Mymensingh has begun. Yesterday, Thursday (May 14), the Roads and Highways (SOH) Department inaugurated the repair work at a cost of about 22 crore taka by MP Principal Md. Kamrul Hasan Milon. While inaugurating the repair work, he said, I received nomination from a party, I became an MP for all the people of the upazila. He demanded everyone’s cooperation in all the development works of Phulbaria.

The road from Phulbaria Bazar, Kaiarchala, Achim Bazar, Achim College Road via Trishal upazila to Bogar Bazar was full of potholes as it had not been repaired for a long time. Even a little rain water turned it into a sinkhole at many places on the road. Pedestrians and vehicles suffered greatly.

The repair work was started from ward number 6 of Phulbaria Municipality adjacent to Bhalukjan Fish Market. At that time, Deputy Assistant Engineer of the Roads and Highways Department, Manik Chanda Saha, and other officials and people of various levels were present.
