On the occasion of the 7th year and 6th anniversary of daily Swadesh Bichitra, the organization was started by greeting all the readers, readers, well-wishers, staff and advertisers, the first session of which was the training workshop for journalists. First of all, in the context of the discussion about the various fields of journalism, Professor Dr. Abdul Jalil Chowdhury said that the first condition of journalism is that one must first be a news writer, one must prepare oneself through various training methods, one must make one’s writing based on information and context through many media. ATN’s Chief Editor Pulak Ghatak said for the purpose of journalism training, investigative reporting should be done, the news that is done after the incident is not a report, it is a description of the incident, so I will tell everyone that you should investigate and publish the report only then your report will be headline. The last speaker of the training workshop Mr. Keramat Ullah Biplab said to all journalists including all districts and upazilas that the information you have is your power through which you can make the right changes, the most valuable information in the current era is that it can be financial, political, business and national. Journalists must master the responsibility of providing accurate information and the techniques of converting information into reports. Later, in the 2nd phase of the convention, editor Ashok Dhar first gave the welcome speech and told how Swadesh is taking Vichitra forward with integrity. It is the responsibility of all the representatives to take this movement forward and everyone should wake up to patriotism and speak out against the distant policy. He started the program by greeting all the guests and wishing everyone auspiciousness.

At this stage, the advisory editor Professor Md. Nazrul Islam Tamiji, General Secretary of Bangladesh Editors Forum and Editor of Daily Present Times Mohammad Omar Faruk Jalal said that there is no alternative of journalist to keep the newspaper alive, only journalist can keep a newspaper alive. Dainik Swadesh Bichitra concluded his speech by greeting and congratulating the guests and journalists on the occasion of the seventh year of the event. Apart from this, Barta Pradhan Jagrat Mahanayak Shihab Rifat Alam, Advisor Principal Mohammad Ali Chowdhury Manik spoke. Public leader Mozaffar Hossain Paltu, HM Rezaul Karim Tuhin, poet Jamshed Wazed spoke as special guests. Syed Margub Morshed as the president said journalists with honest courage are very few, so he called everyone to spread the right news.

The 6th year foundation anniversary program ended with a delightful cultural program in the presence of all district, upazila, departmental, staff reporters, online and offline co-editors, advisory boards.
