Azad Hossain : On the occasion of the celebration of July Uprising Day 2025, the ‘Jago July 2025 Tennis Tournament’ has been organized by the Bangladesh Tennis Federation under the management of M&J Group at the National Tennis Complex, Ramna from 01-05 August 2025. This information was given at a press conference organized on the occasion of the competition. Mr. Ishtiaq Ahmed (Karen), General Secretary, Bangladesh Tennis Federation; Mr. M. A. Jinnah, Treasurer, Bangladesh Tennis Federation and the Tournament Director of the competition, Mr. Shafiqul Islam Sarkar (Sohel), Convener, BTF Tournament Sub-Committee were present at the press conference.
The competition will include men’s singles and women’s singles events. A total prize money of Tk. 1,40,000/- (one lakh forty thousand) will be awarded in the competition. A total of 81 players, including 73 in the men’s singles and 8 in the women’s singles, are participating in the competition.
All the sub-committee members, including the Tournament Committee, Officiating Committee, Tennis Court and Accommodation Sub-committee, are providing their full support to organize the competition smoothly and beautifully.
The Executive Committee of Bangladesh Tennis Federation expresses its sincere gratitude to the sponsoring organization M&J Group for sponsoring the competition. The final match and award ceremony of the competition will be held on 05 August 2025 at 4:00 PM.
