Police members in charge of the tourism area have rescued a teenage girl who went missing from the Laboni Point area of ​​Cox’s Bazar sea beach.
The tourist police rescued the girl at around 11:35 pm yesterday (November 5). The name of the rescued girl is Nishat Tamanna Shirin (15). She is the daughter of Md. Furkan of Nurpara area of ​​Ward No. 3 of Cox’s Bazar Municipality.
It is learned that the mentally ill Nishat left the house in the afternoon without informing anyone. At around 11 pm, her uncle Riaz informed the Cox’s Bazar police station duty officer about the matter, who immediately sent the girl’s picture to the police members’ WhatsApp group. Later, members of the Lima-1 team rescued the girl from the Laboni Beach area.
Police said the rescued girl has been handed over to the custody of her father, Md. Furkan.
