As part of the ongoing program of the government, saplings have been distributed among students in Jamalganj, Joypurhat. Today at 11 am, at the Jamalganj College in Akkelpur, Joypurhat, the Upazila Administration organized a sapling distribution program among students of Jamalganj College, Jamalganj High School and Jamalganj Girls’ High School. The Honorable State Minister for Public Administration and Food, Abdul Bari MP, spoke as the chief guest.
At this time, under the chairmanship of Akkelpur Upazila Executive Officer Ashiq Ur Rahman, Jamalganj College Principal Aklima Khanam, Jamalganj High School Headmaster Rana Kumar Sarkar, Akkelpur Upazila BNP General Secretary Arif Iftekhar Rana, among others, also spoke.
Saplings of fruit and forest trees were distributed among 2,000 students at the program.
