Laksam upazila administration is working tirelessly to implement Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s announcement on the occasion of Mujib’s birth centenary, ‘Not a single person in the country will be landless or homeless’.
A total of 73 houses, including the remaining 34 and 39 houses in the fourth phase of Laksam Upazila, will be handed over among the landless homeless families through the inauguration by the Prime Minister on March 22. The upazila administration said that through this transfer, 100% landless and homeless people will be freed in the announced Laksam upazila.
On March 22, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the fourth phase of houses in 64 districts through video conference, the upazila administration said.
