On Monday, April 6, 2026, at 11:00 am, a preparatory meeting was held in the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner to celebrate Bengali New Year-1433 in a fair and beautiful manner. The chief guest of the preparatory meeting was the Deputy Commissioner of Kushtia District and the learned District Magistrate Md. Touhid Bin-Hasan, and the special guest was the Superintendent of Police of Kushtia District, Mohammad Jasim Uddin, PPM (Bar).
After the rally, at 12.00 pm, a view-exchange meeting was held with all the business leaders of Kushtia District in the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner, Mohammad Jasim Uddin, PPM (Bar).
Also present at the event were leaders of the Bangla New Year-1433 celebration committee, journalists, and officials from various government offices.
