Pirojpur Zilla Parishad Administrator Principal Alamgir Hossain gifted an LED television to the students of Pirojpur Nursing Institute to facilitate them in enjoying the much-awaited final match of the World Cup to be held tonight on the big screen.
On Sunday, July 19, at 2 pm, the District Council Administrator Principal Alamgir Hossain handed over the gift through a short formal program organized in the office of the administrator of the Pirojpur Zilla Parishad office.
According to relevant sources, there has been a lot of excitement and a festive atmosphere among the students of Pirojpur Nursing Institute for the past few days, focusing on the final match of the World Cup football. However, there is no specific arrangement for a big screen to watch the game in the dormitory or auditorium of the institute campus, so there is some imperfection in the enjoyment of the students. Upon learning of this interest of the prospective nurses, the Pirojpur District Council immediately took a humane and timely initiative. This modern LED television was officially handed over to the invited nursing institute officials and students in the office room of the District Council this afternoon, so that the students can enjoy every moment of the final match together in a joyful atmosphere tonight.
During the handover, District Council Administrator Principal Alamgir Hossain said to all those present, “Our childlike nursing students perform the difficult task of serving patients and studying day and night. It is our responsibility to relieve their mental fatigue and ensure opportunities for healthy entertainment. This gift was handed over by the District Council so that they can enjoy tonight’s historic final game together with joy and cheerfulness. The top officials of the institution accepted the gift on behalf of the Pirojpur Nursing Institute at the television handover ceremony organized in the District Council room this afternoon. Among others present at the ceremony were Baby Roy, Nursing Instructor-in-Charge of Pirojpur Nursing Institute, Nursing Instructor Sajeda Khatun, and the institution’s accountant Md. Kamal Hossain.
Meanwhile, just before watching the final game tonight, the students of the Nursing Institute are overflowing with joy after receiving this amazing gift from the District Council office. The students said that the thrill and joy of watching the game together in the campus dormitory is going to come true tonight because of this unique gift from the District Council Administrator. They expressed their deep gratitude and thanks to the District Council Administrator Principal Alamgir Hossain for this wonderful and sincere initiative.
