Teknaf Border Guard Government Primary School in Cox’s Bazar felicitated 14 meritorious students who received Talent Pool scholarships in recognition of their enviable success in the Primary Scholarship Examination. Teknaf Battalion (2 BGB) Commander Lieutenant Colonel Md. Hanifur Rahman Bhuiyan was present as the chief guest at the colorful program organized at the school auditorium on Monday (July 20) at 11 am. He handed over certificates and honor crests to the scholarship recipients.
The entire campus became festive with the lively presence of the school’s headmaster, teachers, school management committee members, guardians, invited guests and students at the program. The venue was filled with joy, pride and applause at the moment of honoring the meritorious students. In the speech of the chief guest, Lieutenant Colonel Md. Hanifur Rahman Bhuiyan said, “The achievement of 14 students from a school in Cox’s Bazar district receiving the Talent Pool Scholarship is undoubtedly a proud and exemplary success. The sincere efforts of the teachers, the sacrifice of the parents and the hard work of the students have played an equal role behind this achievement.” He further said, “Our goal is not only to achieve good results, but also to develop future generations rich in moral values, discipline, patriotism and human qualities.” BGB and school authorities are working together to ensure modern and quality education. These talented students of today will lead the future and play an important role in the development of the country. The teachers said that the real success of a school is not limited to exam results alone; real education is to develop students as ideal people by inspiring them with morality, discipline, humanity and patriotism. Teknaf Border Guard Government Primary School is working continuously to implement that goal. The speakers said that this achievement is not just the personal success of 14 students; This is a matter of pride for the school, the guardians and the entire Teknaf people.
