In Dahgram Union Parishad of Patgram Upazila of Lalmonirhat District, 10 tons of G&R cereal rice has been distributed among 1000 flood affected families.
On August 28 (Monday) at 12 noon, this rice was distributed among the flood-affected families under the overall management of the upazila administration (Disaster Management Branch) and the overall management of the Chairman of the 7th Dahgram Union Parishad.
Patgram Upazila Executive Officer Md Nurul Islam, Relief Officer Mosaddekur Rahman, Project Implementation Officer Uttam Kumar Nandi, Union Parishad Panel Chairman Faridul Islam and others were present in the rice distribution. Ward members of 9 wards of Dahgram Union Parishad, female UP members and other dignitaries were also present.
In this regard, Project Implementation Officer Uttam Kumar Nandi said, “We are always looking after the flood-affected people and taking care of their advantages and disadvantages. We are trying so that they do not have any problem.
