Nomination aspirant Mujahid’s motorcycle showdown creates festive atmosphere in Rajbari-2

BNP nomination aspirant and industrialist Md. Mujahidul Islam Mujahid held a massive motorcycle showdown to show support for the paddy sheaf in Rajbari-2 constituency.

The showdown started at around 11 am on Wednesday (November 19) from Aziz Sardar bus stand in Pangsha municipal area.

A large number of leaders, activists and supporters, including more than two hundred motorcycles, participated in the showdown. Starting from the city, the showdown circled various roads of Patta, Sarisha, Kasbamazhai, Kalimohar, Machpara and Jashai unions. Along the way, the spontaneous participation of local people created a festive atmosphere in the entire area.

Confronting journalists at one stage of the campaign, Md. Mujahidul Islam Mujahid said, “I have been persecuted for 17 long years while joining the party.” I believe that BNP will definitely nominate me for Rajbari-2 constituency. If elected, I want to continue working for the development of the people of this constituency to change their fate.

There was discussion, criticism and political heat throughout the day in the local area surrounding the showdown.
