As part of the 90-day special program undertaken by Karmasangsthan Bank, the Business Development Meeting-2026 was held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, with the participation of regional and branch managers under the Chittagong and Cox’s Bazar regions at LGED Bhaban, Muradpur, Chittagong.
Chairman and former Secretary of the Board of Directors of Karmasangsthan Bank Dr. AFM Matiur Rahman was present as the chief guest in the meeting.
Managing Director Arun Kumar Chowdhury and General Manager Md. Amirul Islam were present as special guests. Deputy General Manager of Chittagong Divisional Office Mohammad Golam Mostafa presided over the meeting, while Deputy General Managers of the Head Office Manojray and Md. Momtazuddin were also present.
In his speech, the chief guest also emphasized on quality loan disbursement and creating sustainable entrepreneurs. He also called for increasing the overall performance in all business indicators of Chittagong and Cox’s Bazar regions through integrated initiatives, responsibility and sincerity. During this time, he gave advice to make the 90-day special program successful.
The Managing Director also emphasized on increasing the loan recovery rate and loan balance, strengthening the collection of classified, defaulted and written-off loans for the successful implementation of the program. He called on everyone to work together to achieve the target set by the head office 100 percent by working with professionalism and responsibility.
