Rajiv De: BS Enterprise, the country’s leading textile chemical supplier, received an unprecedented response on the closing day of the three-day ‘Dhaka International Textile and Apparel Expo 2026’ (DTA Expro) held at the Bashundhara International Convention City (ICCB) in the capital. On the last day of the fair, the company’s stall was crowded with visitors, industrialists and textile experts.

In this time of current energy crisis, BS Enterprise has displayed several groundbreaking and innovative chemicals at the fair with the aim of saving electricity and steam and reducing production time in the textile sector. These chemicals, specialized for the pre-treatment, dyeing and after-treatment processes of the three main sectors – knit dyeing, oven dyeing and denim – have caught the special attention of the visitors to the fair.

Mr. Nur Mohammad Khan Khokon, Honorable Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BS Enterprises, highlighted the overall success and goals of the organization on the closing day of the fair on Saturday (June 13) and said, “Currently, energy saving is a very important issue in the textile sector of Bangladesh. We are working on new innovative chemicals keeping in mind how we can save electricity and steam and complete the dyeing process in less time.”

He further added, “Our special product includes ‘low temperature detergent’, through which scouring can be done at a temperature of only 70 to 80 degrees Celsius instead of 100 degrees Celsius like ordinary chemicals. As a result, on the one hand, a huge amount of steam and energy is saved, and on the other hand, it takes much less time. In addition, we have also come up with modern solutions like One Bath Scouring & Dyeing.”

BS Enterprise is currently supplying Rice Chemical to many top-level customers including leading and renowned textile giants of Bangladesh such as MM Knitwear, Trust Knitwear and Square. The company expresses its determination to continue working with eco-friendly technology and cost-effective chemicals for the sustainable development of the textile industry in the future.
