Day after her disappearance Aditmari, body of child recovered from corn field

A day after her disappearance, the body of a child named Nandini (7) has been recovered from Folimari village of ward no. 6 of Bhelabari union in Aditmari upazila of Lalmonirhat.

‎According to local sources, family members, relatives and locals have been trying to find her since she went missing yesterday. The child’s family was counting the days in the hope of finding her alive. However, this morning (June 16), her body was recovered from a corn field near the house.

‎When the news of the child’s body being recovered spread, a shadow of grief fell over the area. The incident has created a huge sensation among the locals.

Locals have demanded a swift and impartial investigation into the incident, uncovering the true facts and bringing those responsible to justice.

It is learnt that the relevant law enforcement agencies have initiated necessary investigation into the incident.
