Goland Ghat Thana Police have recovered the knife used in the murder case and the mobile phone of the victim along with the arrest of 2 accused in Goland in Rajbari. The arrested accused are Hayat Kazi (17) son of Daulatdia Shahadat member Para Madar Kazi. Nirab Sheikh (17) son of Shaheed Sheikh of Daulatdia Shamchu Master neighborhood. A press release was held at Goland Ghat police station hall at 11 am on Monday 20th March. According to the press release, on March 16, in the building under construction of Mukti Mahila Samiti in Daulatdia, she was cut and injured with a sharp weapon and buried with sand and bricks. After receiving local news, the police recovered the dead body and prepared a post-mortem report of the dead body. By identifying the identity of the deceased, the trusted spy using this technology, after identifying the accused involved in the incident, on 18.3.23 early in the morning, a bag containing the mobile phone used by the victim Sohan and clothes worn by Hayat Kazi from the house of Ahmed Sheikh, Kamia village of Mahendrapur, Kalu Khali police station. At that time accused Hayat Kazi also fled after sensing the presence of Nirab Sheikh police. Nirab Sheikh and Hayat Kazi were arrested from Kalu Khali Harinbaria Pramanik Para in the late night of March 19. During initial interrogation, they admitted their involvement in the murder. As shown by Nirab Sheikh, the sharp knife used in the murder case whose tip broke during the random cutting and killing. A blood-stained shirt worn by Hayat at the time of the murder was recovered from Nirab’s grandmother’s living room. According to the information given by the accused, 15 days ago, Daulatdia had beaten up Nirv in the KKS school grounds and planned to kill Sohan after calling Hayat a thief and a drug addict in connection with the theft of a mobile phone. On March 16, around 3 o’clock in the night, Nirab Sheikh and Hayat Kazi called the victim Sohan Sheikh from Nargis’s house in Singapalli to Nirab Sheikh and Hayat Kazi from Jahangi’s shop and asked him to consume ganja. They climbed over the gate wall of the Mukti Mahila Samiti next to the sex village and took it to the spot and hit Sohan with wooden sticks and bricks. Sohan fell on the ground when he was hit on the chest with a sharp knife near Nirab. After that, Nibar Hayat and others indiscriminately cut and wounded him and buried the body with sand and bricks to confirm his death. The arrested accused will be sent to court.
