Under the Performance Based Grants for Secondary Institution Scheme (SEDP), a joint initiative of Gabtoli Upazila Secondary Education and District Education Office, an award and certificate distribution ceremony was held at the Upazila Hall Room on Monday, July 28, 2025. The ceremony was presided over by District Education Officer Ramzan Ali Akandar and Gabtoli Upazila Executive Officer Hafizur Rahman spoke as the chief guest. Gabtoli Government Degree College Principal SM Kabir Rana, District Assistant Education Officer Fazlul Haque spoke as special guests, Upazila Secondary Education Officer Tariqul Alam delivered the welcome speech at the event, Syed Ahmed University College President and District Chhatra Dal General Secretary MR Hasan Palash spoke as invited guests, Academic Supervisor Rasheda Khanam moderated the event, Sartaj Kamil Madrasa Principal Zahurul Islam, Gabtoli Alim Madrasa Principal Rizaul Bari, Sukhanpukur MR High School Headmaster Mustafizur Rahman Majnu, Shaheed Zia Degree College Principal Abdul Bari, Municipal BNP Organizing Secretary Tariqul Islam, best student Nusrat Jahan, Nabila Bin Jabed, and Abu Saim Nishat, among others, spoke.
At the end, the guests distributed honorary crests and certificates among the 30 best students.
