Ideas Textile Machinery, the country’s leading company, showcased modern and environmentally friendly dyeing technology for the textile sector at the recently concluded BTKJ Fair-2026 at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Purbachal, the capital. At the fair, the company highlighted the efficiency and technological excellence of its partner Turkish brand’s state-of-the-art dyeing machines, earning wide acclaim from the audience.
On the closing day of the fair on Saturday (May 2, 2026), Managing Director of Ideas Textile Machinery, Engineer Rezaul Karim (Reza), said, “We have brought very smart and cost-effective technology to the textile sector in Bangladesh. Our goal is to provide domestic entrepreneurs with machines that are both sustainable and helpful in increasing productivity. Using this modern technology, our textile mills will become more competitive in the global market.”
In the technical session of the fair, Mr. Hikmet, Sales Director of Ideas Textile Machinery and Turkish expert, highlighted the special features of the displayed machine in detail. He said that this machine saves about 40 percent space** compared to conventional machines, which makes factory floor management much easier.
One of the special features of the machine is that no separate ‘Plaiter’ is used in it. Due to having its own ‘inner folding system’, mechanical complexity and maintenance costs are significantly reduced. In addition, high-quality European stainless steel has been used in the main body of the machine to ensure durability. To ensure technological excellence, world-renowned ABB inverter, Japanese (SMC) solenoid valve** and Italian butterfly valve have been added to it.
Mentioning the role of this machine in protecting the environment, Mr. Hikmet said that it is capable of working at a very low leak ratio (1:4 ratio). Where a large amount of water is consumed in ordinary machines, the use of this technology will prevent water wastage and reduce production costs to a large extent.
Ideas Textile Machinery is working tirelessly to take the domestic textile industry one step further to global standards through modern Turkish technology in Bangladesh.
