The BSF has taken back 11 people who were pushed back into India after 48 hours from the zero line of the Bangladesh border in the Moshalgaon border area of ​​Haripur upazila of Thakurgaon.

Dinajpur 42nd BGB Commander Abdullah Al Moin Hasan said that the patrolling and surveillance activities of the BGB in the border area are intensified. He said that the overall situation is under normal control from now on. The BGB is in a strict position in the border area to prevent illegal push-ins. In addition, people from the border area are engaged with the BGB. Released on 5 June 2026 at approximately 3:30 am, BSF tried to force 11 people, including men, women and children, to enter Bangladesh near border pillar 349/7-S in the area under the responsibility of BOP of Moshalgaon, Haripur upazila. On receiving the information, a patrol team of BGB quickly reached the spot, identified them and prevented them from entering Bangladesh. BSF failed to push them in. Finally, BSF was forced to remove 11 people from the zero line of the border. As a result, people in the area are regaining peace.
