Rukkumiya alias Md Roop Mia was die  in a road accident while performing Umrah Hajj in Saudi Arabia. According to the information, the rickshaw driver of Omarpur village of Kasba upazila of Brahmanbaria left for Saudi Arabia last Monday (March 27) after borrowing 7 lakh taka in search of livelihood. Rup Mia  After arriving in Saudi Arabia, the bus carrying him met with an accident in Aghabat Shar, Abha district of Asir province in the southwestern part of the country, on his way to Makkah to perform Umrah in the afternoon.
 At that time, the bus collided with the bridge and the bus caught fire.Rukkumiya alias Md. Kasba police station in Brahmanbaria district. Rup Mia was killed on the spot. 24 Umrah passengers including 13 other Bangladeshis were killed and 29 were seriously injured in the said bus accident. According to the relatives of the deceased, he borrowed about 7 lakh taka and went to Saudi Arabia for the happiness of his family. Before leaving, he said that he would perform Umrah before joining work.Md Rup Mia was killed in such a tragic road accident.
