Chapainawabganj municipality’s construction of modern and environment-friendly slaughterhouse under Livestock and Dairy Development Project has been auspiciously inaugurated.
District Parishad Chairman Alhaj Ruhul Amin and Municipal Mayor Mokhlesur Rahman attended the inauguration ceremony organized by Chapai Municipality in the center of Chapainawabganj district city on Thursday (November 02).
Chapainawabganj Municipality Mayor Mokhlesur Rahman presided over the event. He was present as a special guest.
District Animal Resources Officer Dr. Mostafizur Rahman, Sadar Upazila. League president Azizur Rahman and general secretary Ed. Nazrul Islam, Chapainawabganj Municipality. League General Secretary Roknuzzaman along with local A. League leaders and councilors of various wards of the municipality, municipal officials and employees.
In his speech to the guests, he expressed the hope that the construction of a modern and environment-friendly slaughterhouse would make an important contribution to the development of the people of the municipality.
