A complaint has been made against retired government official Mosharraf Hossain and his younger son-in-law Sohel for occupying a house including a market by a physically disabled couple in Chapainawabganj. The elder son-in-law A.K. Azad made such allegations at a press conference.
This Saturday (June 20) morning, the three raised such allegations at a press conference at the hall room of the Chapai Press Club located in Hujrapur, Chapainawabganj district town.
Written statement A. K. Azad said that when a case was filed in the court over the dispute over the occupation of a house including a market located in Mahipur, Gobaratla Union, Chapainawabganj Sadar Upazila, the court imposed Section 144 on the said R.S. Dag No. 1149 land. After this, Mosharraf Hossain and his younger son-in-law Sohel Rana, disobeying the court order and violating Section 144, forcibly occupied the house and a market that had been in his name for the past 1 year. Along with that, his father-in-law and his younger son-in-law have been withdrawing 30 thousand taka every month from the house and the market. He alleged that the current owner of the house and the market, A.K. Azad, is threatening him with various types of death if he asks him to leave the possession.
When asked about the incident on the mobile phone of retired government official Mosharraf Hossain, he said that all the allegations against him are completely false.
