At one point, Jamal Howlader’s nephew, Md. Al-Amin (25), who is disabled, went to show the trees planted on the disputed land. Saidul Islam and Rafiqul Islam got angry at Jamal Howlader’s niece and started hitting her with stones and punching her indiscriminately. Even after calling Saidul Islam several times, he could not be reached. When I called Rafiqul Islam about this, the phone was switched off.

Then, about 6 months ago, an arbitration meeting was held regarding the matter through the above-mentioned witnesses and local dignitaries of the village. The arbitrators reviewed the land deposit documents, records and other documents of both our parties and presented a reasonable decision. Our jurisdiction continued as per the decision of the arbitrators. After accepting the signatures of both the parties, the dispute regarding the land deposit between us was resolved through compromise. Then, the arbitrators distributed the land deposit to both of them in the presence of both the parties and determined the cement pillar aisle boundary.
On Friday morning, 25/07/2025, when we went to plant some saplings on the purchased land, the defendants disobeyed the arbitrators’ decision, blocked our path, and uprooted some cement pillars in the alley and boundary determined by the arbitrators, where the opponents, Saidul Islam and Rafiqul Islam, had planted some betel and banana saplings.
