Bauphal Upazila Health and P.P. Official Dr. Prashant Kumar Saha said, usually many people are affected by various diseases caused by viruses during the change of season We are getting more patients with viral diseases. Especially now children are coming to the hospital suffering from various cold-related diseases. If the child is sick, the mother should breastfeed and feed regularly. Care should be taken that he does not get cold. The dwelling house should have access to sunlight and should also be kept away from dust. Not allowed to mix with other children for a couple of weeks. . If the child is sick for more than three consecutive days, he advised to go to the specialist doctor.
On the other hand, several farmers of the upazila said that due to the fog at night and heat during the day, insect attacks on the cropland have increased slightly. However, the Upazila Agriculture Office advised us to spay K Balinasak.
In this regard, Bauphal Upazila Agricultural Officer, Agriculturist Aniruddha Das said that during this period, the infestation of insects and spiders increased in the cropland. That’s why we advise the farmers to follow the right method after determining the right drug, right dose, right time etc. in advance. Besides, I am also suggesting to spray pesticides in the right way. Our Assistant Agricultural Officers are going around the field to see what the problem is and take action. Because of this, due to early winter and seasonal change in the upazila, there was no damage to the crop due to insect spider infestation.
