Kasba Upazila Parishad chairman Advocate Rashedul Kawsar Bhuiyan Jiban spoke as the chief guest at the reception held at Kasba Upazila Parishad auditorium. President of Kasba Upazila Press Club b. M. Municipal Mayor MG Haqqani inaugurated the reception under the chairmanship of Harunur Rashid Dhali and conducted by General Secretary Abdullah Al-Mamun.
