Comilla in Vhasha Sainik Ajit Guha University held a grand ceremony for honors and degree first year students’ freshman admission, cultural performance and Principal Hasan Imam Majumder’s scholarship awarding ceremony.

Eminent educationist and cultural personality former principal Hasan Imam Majumdar was the special guest. Although the ceremony was scheduled to start at 11 am on Tuesday (December 5), the campus courtyard became full of freshmen walking from the morning. The teachers and students greeted the guests with huge applause as soon as they arrived at the venue. The new students of the 7 departments and degree branches of the 2022-23 academic year were welcomed with flowers in the auditorium which was filled to the brim.
In the speech of the chief guest, Professor Dr. Md. Moniruzzaman Shaheen said – today’s students will be the leaders of the nation in the future. Therefore, the new generation should be developed as humane and efficient citizens to build the Sonar Bangla of Bangabandhu’s dream and the Smart Bangladesh announced by the Prime Minister. Because it is not possible to lead others if you do not have these qualities in yourself.
In the speech of the special guest, prominent educationist and cultural personality Hasan Imam Majumdar said that it is possible to become a good citizen only if you are inspired by the mantra of coming for education and going out for service. In this case, following the footsteps of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman can be the only ideal for the youth.

Principal Hasan Imam Majumdar awarded scholarships to 25 meritorious students of Honors and Degree branches in the event. Award is also given to meritorious students of 7 departments who complete honors with good CGP from this institution under National University. Also present – college vice-principal. Mostak Ahmed.
