On May 16, the court of High Court Justices Mustafa Zaman and Aminul Islam granted bail for six weeks to Md Abdullah Al Mahmud, Maulana Masudur Rahman, Maulana Md Mujibur Rahman and Md Russel Hossain, Chairman of Maharajpur Union of Koira and Chairman of the Recruitment Board. The state party filed a review application in the Chamber Judge’s Court on May 17. Accordingly, Justice Inayetur Rahman of the Chamber Judge Court suspended the interim bail after hearing the details on May 21 and ordered him to surrender to the lower court within two weeks.
