Some feelings can never be explained. The resonance of that bitter feeling began to poison the inner soul day after day. This unconnected feeling is called “Unexplained Feelings”. On June 26th, the exceptional story “Unexplained Feelings” written by Kanti Bhusan Tarafder and directed by Morshedur Rahaman Antar is released to the small screen.
A story of a single mother. The story of surviving father’s identity despite having a father. A story of struggling with painful memories day after day. “Unexplained Feelings” is released on NTV on 16th June 2023 with these holistic emotional stories. Also, released on NTV’s own YouTube channel. Alongkar Chowdhury, Saberi Alam, Faisal Dip and Mahmud Alam acted in this short film.
The Lead Actress, Alongkar Chowdhury told about working in the short film, “I always want to work on good stories. That story reveals the inner feelings of the people around me. We all know that if the pain is inside for a long time, the hardship increases. So it’s very important to share it with someone. I try to convey people’s feelings through my story. The story of unexplained feelings is at once a story about the feelings of real children in our society. This is a very recognizable story of mine. I really love working on this story. Because there’s room for acting in this story. The story is written by Kanti Bhusan Tarafder and directed by Morshedur Rahaman Antar . They did a very good job and all those who were in this team were very supportive. Everyone is doing a very good job. I find many similarities to this team with me! One thing I noticed by working with them is that they also have a lot of love for work, a lot of respect and a lot of dedication. That always fascinates me!”
The shooting of the drama started at various locations in Uttara on 16th April 2023. The first phase of the drama was completed in the next two days by shooting at Dolanchampa Shooting House, Sector 4 and Sector 7 Lakepar.
The Director, Morshedur Rahaman Antar told while expressing his feelings, “I love to tell stories. I always want to express people’s sorrow, pain, laughter and all kinds of feelings through stories. “Unexplained Feelings” is one such story, where Mona reveals the pain and love she has been holding inside. The story is written by Kanti Bhusan Tarafder. Actress Alongkar Chowdhury has brought the character of “Mona” seen in my imagination to living form, with an extraordinary subtle performance. Everyone in my team loved the story and worked hard on it. By the best effort of my entire team I have tried to bring the story to living form. I am impressed by the professionalism and love of work of everyone in the team.”
The Writer & AD, Kanti Bhusan Tarafder told, “It is definitely a privilege to have an opportunity to write a story like “Unexplained Feelings” and to be associated with its production. The violence of views and so-called trendy story-making A good story has to go through many limitations. Usually, a writer’s work is limited to writing the screenplay. Many more people from the team completed the next step. Young filmmaker Morshedur Rahaman Antar, Cinematographer Shohag Khan, Actress Alongkar Chowdhury and Saberi Alam along with the whole team have visualized the work beautifully.
