Two motorcycle riders were killed after hitting a tree in Singa Nijatpur area of Pachurian Union of Rajbari Sadar Upazila. The deceased are Fakir Sheikh (33) son of Akbar Sheikh of Hosnabad area of Rajbari and Md Milan (30) son of deceased Nazar Ali of Duldi Kestopur. The accident took place in front of the house of former member Shaukat Hossain of Nijatpur, Pachuria on Tuesday, April 25th. Later local people rescued them and sent them to Rajbari Sadar Hospital. Later, the doctor on duty referred the injured to Faridpur Medical College due to their serious physical condition.
On the way to the hospital at Faridpur Medical College, Falk died around 3 am. The other rider of the motorcycle, Md. Milan (30), died on Savare road on his way to Dhaka around 5:30 pm.
