According to a reliable source, on March 3, when the two suspects were searched in the restricted area during the English first paper of the Dakhil exam at the Kalikapur Nuria Fazil Madrasa of the upazila, Rakib Sharif and Md Khairul, sons of Md. Ripon Sharif of Ratanditaltali Union, were arrested. Both were arrested by the learned magistrate. Later, according to the relevant section of Penal Code 1860, Md. Rakib was sentenced to 1 month without labor and fined 100 taka and the above accused Khairul (14) was given bail in the custody of Upazila Probation Officer because he was a minor, the upazila administration confirmed.
