Three people in prison in the case of the teacher in Kumarkhali! Magistrate Mahmuda Sultana denied bail to three persons and sent them to jail in the case filed by Abdur Rashid, son of the head teacher who was beaten up while attending the funeral of schoolgirl Jinia Khatun in Kumarkhali, Kushtia. The GRO of the concerned court, Suman Sardar, confirmed the denial of bail to the three persons. They are Faruk Hossain (40), Ghazir Uddin (53) and Md. of Sultanpur village of Kaya Union. Javed Ali (40). Today, August 14, Monday morning, 6 accused Kumarkhali Amli Judicial Magistrate surrendered and prayed for bail. The learned Court Magistrate Mahmuda Sultana denied bail to the three and sent them to jail. It is to be noted that last week the incident of smoking cigarettes by some students of the seventh class of Kaya School was videoed by the teachers and the teachers called the students to the school but on the other hand when one student went home and committed suicide after being angry with the disrespectful behavior of the teachers, a protest started in the area and a case was filed in the police station. After the incident, Rashid K, son of Bir Muktijoddha, the head teacher of the school, rushed to the Muktijoddha cabin of Ward No. 10 of Kushtia Sadar Hospital.
