However, police (petrol) duty has been arranged day and night for the safety of public life and property in view of Eid al-Adha. Besides police, Chowkidar-Dafather teams have been formed to control the law and order situation in rural areas so that the people coming from different areas including Dhaka can safely return home with their families.
