Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. A. K. Fazlul Haque Bhuiyan paid a courtesy call on the Honorable State Minister for Disaster Management and Relief, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, M Iqbal Hossain, MP. During the meeting, the State Minister expressed his commitment to various development-oriented works.
The courtesy call was held on Saturday (July 4) at the official residence of the Vice-Chancellor. During the meeting, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. A. K. Fazlul Haque Bhuiyan sincerely thanked the Honorable State Minister for coming to the university and expressed hope that mutual cooperation in disaster management, climate-resilient agriculture and various research-based activities will be further strengthened in the future. At the same time, a detailed discussion was held on the contribution of Bangladesh Agricultural University to agricultural education, research and national development. In this courtesy call, held in a very cordial atmosphere, both sides exchanged greetings and expressed their determination to work together for the overall development of the country.
