Two Bangladeshis of the same family were killed in a tragic road accident on their way back to work after performing the holy Umrah Hajj in Saudi Arabia.
The accident took place last Saturday (March 25) at five o’clock in the afternoon Saudi Arabia time.
The deceased was the son of Motahar Jomaddar of Hasnabad Union of Betagi Upazila of Barguna District. Sagar Jamaddar (23) and his brother-in-law. Mozammel Hossain (45). They both used to work in a place called Unaiya in Al Qasim district of Saudi Arabia.
According to information, the two of them went to Makkah last Thursday from work to perform the holy Umrah. Two people were killed on the spot when the car they were carrying lost control and rammed into a rocky hill on their way back to work after performing Umrah on Saturday.
Meanwhile, the news of the death of the victims has cast a shadow of grief across the family and the area.
The bodies of the deceased have been kept in the freezer of a local hospital.
