A mobile court was conducted in Comilla’s Barura on Thursday, July 27 at Shakpur Union. Meanwhile, 3 people were arrested from the spot while extracting soil and sand from the agricultural land illegally with dredger machine in Shakpur village. In this incident, the Balumhal and Soil Management Act, 2010 was taken into consideration.
50,000/- as per Section 15(1) of Balumhal and Soil Management Act, 2010 and 2) Momin, father: Haji Rustam Ali, Sang- Beki. , Barura, Comilla and 3) Ali Ashraf, Father: Deceased Ayub Ali, Sang- Madhya Lakshmipur, Barura, Comilla Rs.50,000/- under the same section of the same Act, a total of Rs. In default, 03 (three) months imprisonment without labor is awarded.
Barura Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Md. Moin Uddin managed the mobile court. Meanwhile, Barura police force assisted the mobile court.
