A robbery has taken place at the house of a Police Constable (SI) at Nalchiti in Jhalkathi. At that time, the robbers looted cash and gold ornaments. According to police sources, Sub Inspector (SI) Mizanur Rahman of Nalchiti Police Station and his younger brother Sub Inspector (SI) working in Dhaka (SI) Al Mamun’s house is next to Dapadapia Turya filling station on Barisal-Patuakhali highway. On the occasion of their father’s death anniversary on Tuesday, Sub Inspector Bholar went to Charfashan. The brother had his son, daughter and niece. Late at night, a group of 8 to 9 robbers entered the house through the balcony of the second floor through the balcony and took cash and gold ornaments hostage. The robbers ransacked various goods and clothes including clothes and clothes of the house.
